We specialise in high-quality camping and caravanning equipment including:

Do you sell branded camping equipment?

Ordering & Account Questions
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide your delivery details and payment information to complete your order.
Do I need to create an account to shop?
While you can check out as a guest, creating an account lets you track your orders more easily and may give you access to special offers in the future.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your gear to you as soon as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at admin@campingspromo.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Do you offer any payment plans or financing?
Currently we only accept full payment at the time of ordering. We don’t offer payment plans or financing options.
Delivery Information
Where do you deliver to?
We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas in Asia and other locations. The checkout process will confirm if we can deliver to your address.
What delivery options do you offer?
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): 10-15 working days via DHL or FedEx with full tracking
- Free Shipping (orders over £50): 15-25 working days via EMS with basic tracking
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information:
- Standard Shipping: Detailed tracking with DHL or FedEx including estimated delivery date
- Free Shipping: Basic tracking information through EMS
What if my delivery is delayed?
While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, factors like weather conditions, customs delays or carrier disruptions can sometimes cause delays. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at admin@campingspromo.com and we’ll investigate.
Are there any additional fees for international delivery?
For international orders outside the UK, any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in our shipping charges.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please see our full Returns Policy for details.
How do I return an item?
If you need to return an item, please contact us at admin@campingspromo.com within 15 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate address.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we’ve made an error with your order.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days. It may then take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
