Step 2: Package Your Item

Once your return is approved, please repackage the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We’ll provide return shipping instructions. Please note:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Exchange Process

Non-Returnable Items
