- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your camping equipment. If something isn’t right, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to get things sorted.

- Return window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be in original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact
- Original shipping fees: Non-refundable
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer an exchange or refund
Step 2: Package Your Item
Once approved, securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
We’ll provide return shipping instructions. Please note:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Exchange Process
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, these items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Inflatable products (e.g., Inflatable Chairs) that have been unpacked
- Personal electrical equipment that has been used
- Items from the Laundry & Cleaning category that have been opened
